Mr. Creams is an unemployed freak who lives on his own and he is so attached to his pet canary, Edward Gutrot. He caught Edward during an inhumane circus act and became they became so adhered to each other that they were allowed to live with one another.
Mr. Creams is always being asked to do things, whether it be to go out into the wilderness and search for a screaming animal or read the BBC News at Nine. And he is always bragging about how clever he is, but he is always making mistakes.
